1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Raynebow Reading is operated by SOLYSIA ENERGY S.L.U. ("Raynebow", "we"), Son Prohens, Primera Volta, 110, 07200 Felanitx (Illes Balears), CIF B16610438. These Terms govern your use of the platform at raynebowreading.com. By creating an account, buying a membership, or using Raynebow, you accept these Terms.
2. What Raynebow is, and what it is not
Raynebow offers tarot readings, written interpretations, and astrological information.
These are offered for reflection and entertainment. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind. No outcome is promised or predicted. If you are dealing with a health problem, a legal matter, a financial decision, or a mental health difficulty, please speak to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
You are responsible for the decisions you make. Nothing in a reading is a substitute for your own judgement.
3. How readings are produced
Readings within the app are written by an artificial intelligence system, trained on Rayne's own writing, from the cards you draw. When Rayne reads live — in person, by video, or in a written reading she prepares herself — it is her.
Both are genuine offerings and both are labelled. You should always know which one you are buying.
4. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use Raynebow. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One person, one account.
5. Memberships and payment
- Memberships are offered monthly, annually, or as a one-time founding membership. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price, until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not refund part-periods.
- A membership includes a stated number of readings per period. Unused readings do not carry over.
- "Founding membership" means access for as long as Raynebow operates as a service. It is not a promise that the service will run for any particular length of time, and it does not transfer to another person.
- We may change our prices. Existing members keep their price until their next renewal, and we will give at least 30 days' notice before a change takes effect.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.
6. Your right to withdraw, and how it works here
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.
Digital content and services. When you buy a membership or a digital product, you may ask us to begin providing it immediately. At checkout you will be asked to confirm that you want immediate access and that you acknowledge you will lose your right of withdrawal once we have begun. If you do not give that confirmation, your access begins after the 14-day period.
Physical goods, such as a deck, may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original condition. You pay the cost of return.
Live sessions with Rayne. If you book a session and ask for it to take place within the 14-day window, the same rule applies once the session has taken place. See clause 7 for cancellations.

7. Live sessions with Rayne
- Sessions are booked through the platform and are subject to availability.
- You can cancel or move your reading free of charge up to 14 days before it. Inside 14 days you can move it once free of charge; cancellations inside 14 days aren't refunded, except where your 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of booking still applies (see clause 6).
- If Rayne needs to cancel, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.
- Sessions are recorded only with your agreement, given before the session begins. You may decline, and you may ask afterwards for the recording to be deleted. See our Privacy Policy for how recordings are handled.
- A short written follow-up is included with each session.
8. Your content and your readings
Your readings are yours. We store them so you can return to them, and you may delete them at any time.
If you create a share link, anyone holding that link can read that reading. Share links never expose session recordings, notes, or your email address. You are responsible for who you send a link to.
You grant us a limited licence to host and process your readings for the purpose of operating the service. We do not publish your readings, and we do not use them for marketing without asking you first.
9. Acceptable use
You may not: use Raynebow to harass, threaten, or abuse anyone; attempt to resell or redistribute readings, interpretations, or card artwork; scrape, copy, or bulk-download content; share your account with others; attempt to circumvent limits, payment, or security; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Card artwork within the platform is licensed from its rights holders and may not be extracted or reused.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or harm the platform, its users, or Rayne. Where we terminate an account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of a paid membership. You may close your account at any time.
11. Availability
We aim to keep Raynebow running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and refund the unused portion of any membership.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any decision you take following a reading, and for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or consumers' statutory rights.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a revised date and, where significant, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Felanitx, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections allowing consumers to sue in their place of residence.
