If something has gone wrong
This is the formal route. Most things are quicker to sort out informally first — see Support, or email rayne@raynebowreading.com and tell us what happened. We answer within two working days, and almost everything is put right this way.
If we can't resolve it between us
We are not signed up to an accredited alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body, so we don't use one as a matter of course. If a complaint you have brought to us directly can't be settled, you can take it further:
Everyone. You can bring a complaint to the Junta Arbitral de Consum de les Illes Balears, or to the Direcció General de Prestacions, Farmàcia i Consum of the Govern de les Illes Balears. The Govern runs an online complaints procedure you can file without a digital certificate — just a mobile number — at reclamacionsconsum.caib.es.
EU, Norway and Iceland. The European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) helps consumers with a cross-border complaint against a trader in another country. Start with the centre in your own country: eccnet.eu.
United Kingdom. UK consumers are not covered by ECC-Net. The equivalent is the UK International Consumer Centre (UKICC), which helps UK consumers with complaints against traders in the EU: ukicc.info.
The official complaint form (hoja de reclamaciones)
As a business in the Illes Balears we keep official complaint forms available to you, and you have the right to request one free of charge. Email rayne@raynebowreading.com and we'll send you the official three-part form (Catalan and Castilian).
You can also download the form yourself, with the accompanying information, from the Govern's page: caib.es — full de reclamacions i cartell informatiu. To file online, use the telematic route at reclamacionsconsum.caib.es.
