Your membership
You can manage everything from your account — cancel, update your card, or see past invoices. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your access carries on to the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Questions, answered
What happens when my membership renews?
Monthly and annual memberships renew on their own at the end of each period, at the same price you’re already paying — we don’t change your price while your membership runs without a break. Your renewal date is shown on your account, and you can cancel any time before it.
How do I cancel?
Go to your account and choose Manage membership. That opens the billing portal, where you can cancel in a couple of clicks. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep everything until the end of the period you’ve paid for. A founding membership is a one-off and doesn’t renew, so there’s nothing to cancel.
Can I change my birth details after I’ve entered them?
Your birth details aren’t stored against your account — you enter them each time you ask for a chart or a natal reading. So to change them, just enter the corrected details and a fresh chart is drawn from them.
What happens to my readings if I cancel?
Your readings aren’t held under your login — each one lives at its own private link. Cancelling your membership doesn’t delete them, and any links or PDFs you already have keep working. What ends is being able to draw new members’ readings once your access does.
Is my birth data shared with anyone?
Your birth details — date, time and place — are stored in our database (Supabase, in the EU) to work out your chart, and the place lookup uses our own copy of the GeoNames list rather than an outside search. For a written astrological reading, only the finished chart — the planet positions and aspects — is sent to our writing provider (Anthropic) to put into words; your birth date, time and the place name are not. The full list of providers we use, and what for, is in the Privacy Policy.
If something has gone wrong and we can’t put it right between us, there’s a formal route: Complaints. It sets out how to take a complaint further, including independent dispute resolution.
